SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tideworks Technology®, Inc., a leading provider of full-service terminal management and planning software solutions, and Rukert Terminals Corporation, a privately owned and operated Baltimore, Md., company which specializes in the handling of metals, ores, fertilizers, alloys and other dry bulk and break-bulk cargoes, today announced that they have reached an agreement for the implementation of Tideworks’ Genoa Breakbulk Management System® at the 130-acre terminal operated by Rukert in the Port of Baltimore. Tideworks will provide remote server and database management to ensure maximum uptime and performance levels of the Rukert terminal system. Tideworks is also working with Rukert to identify requirements and implement customized mobile computing solutions (including bar code scanners) to meet Rukert’s needs.
