Northwest Bank Announces New Board Members
LAKE OSWEGO, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Northwest Bank announced today the recent addition of two members to its Board of Directors; Lori Flexer, of Ferguson Wellman Capital Management, and Roger Pringle, of The Pringle Company.
Lori Flexer, CFA, is a portfolio manager with Ferguson Wellman and a member of the equity team. Lori earned her B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound and continued her education at Richmond College in London where she studied International Business and Art History. She is a member of the Chartered Financial Analysts Society of Portland.
Lori also serves on the board of Oregon Health & Science University Foundation. She is past chair and a founder of the Circle of Giving for the Center for Women’s Health at OHSU and is a member of the executive committee. Lori serves on the board of Friends of the Children and is a member of the President’s Council for the College of Urban & Public Affairs at Portland State University.
Roger Pringle, is the Founder and President of the Pringle Company, where he serves clients in business planning, organizational development, executive compensation and executive search.
Roger is presently a corporate director for four companies and he serves on additional boards in an advisory capacity. He served as Chairman of a public company board for 10 years and he has extensive board committee leadership experience, particularly in compensation. Roger’s experience also includes service on the boards of West One Bank, Oregon and most recently, Bank of the Northwest.
