Quicker and more accurate valuation means better risk management for lenders

The CRM Platform helps lenders more quickly value entire real estate loan portfolios in order to better manage collateral risk throughout the loan life cycle.
In contrast to standard automated valuation model (AVM) delivery channels, which can take anywhere from five to 60 seconds per AVM, MDA Lending Solutions’ CRM Platform can process more than 20,000 AVM values per second. The CRM Platform can value MDA Lending Solution’s entire U.S. national property database in a few hours, a task that previously required several days and sometimes weeks with current AVM technology.
