Peab Industri’s Acquisition of NSP Approved by the Norweigan Competition Authority

The Norweigan Competition Authority (Konkurransetilsynet) has approved Peab Industri’s (STO:PINDB) acquisition of all the shares in NSP, Nordfjeldske Spunt og Peleservice AS, in Norway. The company operates on the foundations market and has its headquarters in Trondheim. The shares in NSP were taken over on 6 October and the company will be consolidated in Business Area Services as from the fourth quarter 2008.
