XOJET Signs Citation X Fleet to Rolls-Royce CorporateCare^®

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rolls-Royce, the world leader in engines for the business jet market, announced today that XOJET, one of the world’s fastest growing private aviation companies, has enrolled its entire fleet of 48 Rolls-Royce powered Cessna Citation X aircraft - the world’s fastest business jet - into the company’s CorporateCare^® services program.

Under the terms of the agreement, all of XOJET’s AE 3007C1-powered Citation Xs will be covered by 10-year engine maintenance and management service contracts. More than 80 percent of the AE 3007 corporate jet fleet is supported by CorporateCare.

3. Rolls-Royce offers long-term CorporateCare contracts for its BR725, BR710, RB282, Tay, AE 3007 and Viper-powered aircraft. The company also provides traditional field service, repair and overhaul for these engines, IAE’s V2500 and the company's Dart and Spey business jet engines.

4. The 6,764 lb-thrust AE 3007C1 turbofan entered service in 2002 and provide five per cent more takeoff thrust than the original C model, which entered service in 1996.

5. The Cessna Citation X design team was the recipient of the prestigious Robert J. Collier Trophy in 1996. In 2007, Rolls-Royce and Cessna celebrated the delivery of an AE 3007 powered Citation X, marking the 5,000^th Cessna Citation aircraft. Today, the AE 3007C engine has surpassed two million engine flying hours on the Citation X aircraft in service.
