Jameco Electronics Names Greg Harris Vice President of Marketing

BELMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jameco Electronics, a full-service electronics components distributor, has appointed Greg Harris its new vice president of marketing. In this capacity, Harris will be responsible for all demand generation and product marketing for Jameco's growing line of cost-effective electronic components.

Harris has more than 20 years experience in the direct marketing industry. During the last 10 years he has specialized in building e-commerce web sites for selling complex technology products.

Prior to that position, Harris had senior management positions at Cornerstone Peripherals Technology, Inc.; Adaptec; Hyundai Electronics and Hewlett-Packard.

Harris received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his master's of business administration from the University of Southern California.
