Proposal Software, Inc. Adds New UK Representative to Meet Increasing Demand for Leading Request-for-Proposal Tool PMAPS^®

LONDON & WESTPORT, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Proposal Software, Inc. (PSI), The Leader in Proposal Productivity™, and developer of PMAPS^® the best-in-class Proposal Management and Production System, CEO John Laurino today announced Helen Torbe as its new United Kingdom representative. Torbe will be based in London and will begin on September 29, 2008.

Helen has spent the last six years in the Global Consultant Relations team at BlackRock (formally Merrill Lynch Investment Managers). In addition to managing PMAPS® on a global basis, responsible for overseeing database content, RFP tracking, reporting, and training, she worked on requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs) and general consultant relations including consultant databases. She has more than 12 years experience in marketing and support of RFP teams for the financial industry and prior to this worked in various sales and marketing roles. Helen holds a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma.
