On September 2nd, 2008, Thomas D. O’Malley, Chairman of Petroplus Holdings AG, c/o Petroplus Holdings AG, Industriestrasse 24, 6304 Zug, Switzerland (contact Thomas D. O’Malley) exercised options thereby increasing his ownership interest of registered shares of Petroplus Holdings AG. This represents 3.06% (2,101,626) registered shares and exercisable options of 2.76% (1,896,126) for a total shareholding of approximately 5.82%. The total shares and options are held by Thomas D. O’Malley, Chairman of Petroplus Holdings AG, c/o Petroplus Holdings AG, Industriestrasse 24, 6304 Zug, Switzerland; Horse Island Partners LLC, Greenwich, Connecticut, USA which is controlled by Thomas D. O’Malley and The T.D. & M.A. O’Malley Foundation, Greenwich, Connecticut, USA, a charitable organization, where Mr. O’Malley is the trustee.
