Chicago Businessman and Humanitarian of the Universal Flag Companies Launches New Primary Schools and Implements Education Programs in Sierra Leone & Uganda, Africa
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brian McClure, president of The Universal Flag Companies, launches a number of primary schools and adult educational programs in Freetown, Sierra Leone and Uganda, Africa on September 7- 16th 2008. McClure and youth social worker Michael Langevin will also be attending the opening ceremonies and donating children’s books that McClure authored with humanitarian messages as gifts when they visit some of the slum areas.

McClure, Langevin and The Universal Flag Foundation, will also be meeting with UNICEF in Sierra Leone as part of a coalition of organizations to create global humanitarian relief through education and awareness. They will also be traveling to Uganda where they will meet with government officials including the minister of education, the pastor for the Faith In Action Mission, Councilor of the Freetown Central Community, Meeting with Namep (Organization to abolish female genital mutilation), and also with the department of the Agriculture Project at 'Karina' in Makeni North of Sierra Leone where most of the population live on less than one dollar a day.
McClure and company will be filming on HD3 as much of the above events as possible and B-roll footage will be available for use with any interviews with McClure upon return.
