LLR Partners Provides Capital for Surveillance Data Acquisition of Verispan

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LLR Partners (“LLR”), one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s largest private equity investment firms with over $1.4 billion under management, announced today that it has provided equity capital to healthcare analytics company Surveillance Data LLC (SDI) of Plymouth Meeting, Pa., for its acquisition of healthcare information and services company Verispan, LLC, of Yardley, Pa. The acquisition creates one of the industry’s most innovative and comprehensive healthcare analytics companies.
