Nunan Joins vAuto in Chicago as Senior Vice President
CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bill Nunan has been named senior vice president – Operations at vAuto, the fastest-growing provider of high-tech used-car inventory management systems for the nation’s 70,000 franchised and independent car dealers.
A former member of the Reynolds and Reynolds Company executive team, Nunan will be responsible for management of vAuto’s rapidly expanding customer base, according to Keith Jezek, vAuto’s president and CEO.
“Bill Nunan has 18 years of technology-company management leadership experience with a strong background in the automotive retail-solutions sector,” Jezek noted. “He has led automotive-technology business units ranging in size up to $100-million in annual revenue.”
Nunan served as a vice president of international operations and also as vice president of strategy and corporate development at Reynolds and Reynolds, a leading software and services provider to automotive dealers and manufacturers.
“We’ve quadrupled the size of our company over the last 18 months,” Jezek added. “And we expect vAuto’s customer base and annual sales to increase by triple-digit amounts in the next several years as well.

A native of Cape Porpoise, Maine, Nunan has held senior management positions during his business career with J. D. Power and Associates, CoreComm Communications, Ford Motor Company and NVS Consulting.
He holds a master’s degree in finance from Michigan State University, a master’s degree in structural engineering from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Maine.
A member of the Alumni Board at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, he now resides in Chicago.
