Institutional Pharmacy Provider Expands Reach to Midwest
BALTIMORE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Remedi SeniorCareSM, a premier provider of pharmacy services for senior healthcare facilities, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of HealthCare Pharmacy of Covington, Ohio.

Remedi SeniorCare, formerly Woodhaven Health Services, will now serve more than 20,000 residents in Maryland, Delaware, Washington D.C., Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan, placing it among the nation’s top 10 independent institutional pharmacies.
Remedi President and CEO Michael Mahon welcomed HealthCare Pharmacy’s employees and customers to Remedi SeniorCare, emphasizing Remedi’s commitment to providing personalized, hands-on service and intelligent pharmacy technologies.

Meyer will become President and Chief Operating Officer of Midwest operations for Remedi SeniorCare. No other staffing changes are planned.
