Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment Names Anders Kloster Managing Director - UK
Executive Appointment Follows Up Fox's Recent Industry Accolades Including "Distributor Of The Year" Honours
LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Anders Kloster has been named Managing Director of Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment (TCFHE) UK, it was announced today. Based in London, Kloster will be responsible for creating and executing business plans targeted to maintaining category leadership and growth. The appointment follow on the heels of TCFHE UK receiving "Distributor of the Year" honours last month at the Home Entertainment Week Awards and recognition by the British Video Association (and its customers) as the #1 studio for retail and rental distribution -- two years in a row. TCFHE UK holds the greatest market share in value and volume year to date. The executive announcement was made by Steven Leighton, Senior Vice President, Northern Europe, TCFHE to whom Kloster will report.

Kloster was most recently Managing Director for Leapfrog Toys - Europe. Prior to joining Leapfrog, he was Managing Director of LEGO Toys UK and Vice President of Sales, LEGO Northern Europe. Kloster speaks five languages and holds an MBA from Henley Management College in the UK.
TCFHE UK held 12 of the top 50 retail titles of 2007 with a 16.9% distributor share, and 11 of the top 50 rental titles with 21.5% share. Best performers contributing to the home entertainment studio's success include The Simpsons Movie, Night at the Museum, Borat, The Queen, Little Miss Sunshine, The Last King of Scotland, Ice Age 2: The Meltdownand Die Hard 4.0.
