BroadRamp Launches New Government Division
Recruitment of Specialized Resellers is Underway
SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BroadRamp has announced today that it has launched a new division, BroadRamp Government, focused on the company’s tremendous success in deploying its technology and services offerings to multiple organizations across state and Federal agencies. BroadRamp will now work with proven VAR’s and government-focused integrators to provide content delivery services for video, distance learning systems, streaming services, and security.
“BroadRamp is actively building a network of experienced government-focused resellers, value added resellers (VAR’s) and system integrators that are leaders in the digital media industry”
The decision to formalize the entry into this market is a direct result of BroadRamp’s commitment to development of highly customized and specific solutions to address the unique needs of government clients.
BroadRamp products and services already deployed inside government agencies include Content Delivery SystemTM (CDSTM), for video compression and streaming; ME BooksTM, for easily creating multimedia eBooks and stream learning; and Managed Content Delivery ServicesTM (MCDSTM), an end-to-end platform that provides all aspects for delivery of content from a single provider.
BroadRamp’s products and services have been successfully deployed with the U.S. Air Force, Navy, Marines, Department of Defense, U.S. Postal Service and various state agencies and include distance learning, certification training, highly secure content delivery and an automated system for implementing revisions of technical manuals.
“BroadRamp’s products are designed from the ground up to be the most secure way to deliver content in the world. We offer up to nine levels of security for every project we undertake,” said Sean Darwish, founder and Chief Scientific Officer. He added, “Along with that superior security offering, we have developed easy to use, intuitive products that cover every application from pure delivery to the best compression software to a global network that can handle any content delivery needs.”
As part of the new BroadRamp Government launch, the company has cancelled the offer of its technology through the single source, NoWaitMedia, effective immediately. This move, both strategically and tactically, allows BroadRamp to broaden its push to the government markets through a number of highly qualified resellers, thus extending both BroadRamp’s reach and improving the quality of the experience for the client.
“BroadRamp is actively building a network of experienced government-focused resellers, value added resellers (VAR’s) and system integrators that are leaders in the digital media industry,” said Greg Nakagawa, chief executive officer. Nakagawa added, “By combining the reach, years of experience and expanded knowledge base that those specialized resellers can bring to the table, along with the unique solutions that only BroadRamp can offer, we will be uniquely positioned to service this market segment.”
