Avotus Introduces French Version of ICM Usage Management Solution
Move will expand usability in French speaking markets
TORONTO & BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Avotus Corporation, the leading provider of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and eProcurement solutions, today introduced a French version of ICM UM (Usage Management/Call Accounting) software.
The ICM UM French version will strengthen Avotus’ competitive position in French speaking markets around the world. The new French version will include translated user screens and reports and will be maintained and kept in sync with all future ICM Usage Management releases. ICM UM French will be supported by Avotus’s French speaking Service Delivery team based in Boucherville, Quebec and will be available for the Cisco Call Manager IP PBX as well as other popular platforms.
