Foreign Trade Show Program of the Federal Government Supports German Joint Pavilion at BIOTECH CHINA 2008
SHANGHAI, China--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BIOTECH CHINA in Shanghai – central communication platform for biotechnology in the Asia-Pacific region – in 2008 will be supported by the Foreign Trade Show Program of the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Technology. The support program offers German enterprises many advantages of an organized attendance. The German enterprises as well as their foreign branches and subsidiaries will be able to present within the joint pavilion of the Federal Republic of Germany in China’s most important economic hub. The joint pavilion is supported by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Technology in cooperation with AUMA (Association of the German Trade Fair Industry). The FAIRS Messe Marketing Management GmbH, Nurnberg, who will attend to exhibitors of the joint pavilion before and during their trade show participation in the Shanghai International Exhibition Center (INTEX) will be responsible for organizational and technical realization.
The floor space of the joint pavilion is planned to span an area of 200 square meters, with a minimum space of nine square meters per company. Subsidized space at Euro 150 per square meter including stand construction and floor rate is offered up to a maximum of 100 square meters. A ready-to-go booth with a size of nine square meters thus costs Euro 1 350 plus VAT.
Prior to the exhibition, Deutsche Messe Hannover will also arrange for a visit to a modern biotech industry park in Shanghai as well as a meeting with the most influential biotech association of the Shanghai region. China is a fast-growing sales market with a developing research location and manufacturing base as well.
