RPM MPQ Programmer Supports Cypress CapSense and Encore V

REDMOND, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RPM Systems Corporation has released programming support for Cypress Semiconductor’s CapSense and Encore V families of microcontrollers. Available immediately, the MPQ-PSoC programmer provides in-circuit programming of all devices in the Cypress CapSense, Encore V and Encore V-LV families. The new CapSense and Encore V support is in addition to existing support for Cypress PSoC, OvationONS, Encore II and Encore III already offered by MPQ.

Designed to provide medium- to high-volume in-circuit programming in the manufacturing environment, the MPQ supports programming of as few as four to as many as 64 devices per programming cycle. It can operate stand-alone, ATE-controlled or PC-controlled, and provides such features as automatic device serialization, “CM” code security data protection and field upgradeable device support in a rugged aluminum enclosure.
