SkyCross Appoints Dennis McKenna as Chairman of the Board

VIERA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SkyCross, a global antenna solutions company, announced that it has appointed Dennis McKenna, a well-known executive in the wireless industry, as Chairman of the Board. McKenna’s background in the electronics industry spans more than 25 years and includes expertise in IPOs, buyouts, mergers, and acquisitions.

McKenna currently serves as a private equity firm consultant and has previously held chairman, CEO, and president roles for ChipPAC, a semiconductor assembly and test company listed on NASDAQ; SCP Global Technologies, a VC-backed company specializing in semiconductor wafer cleaning equipment; and Silicon Graphics, a high-performance computing and storage company listed on the NYSE. Earlier in his career, McKenna held several marketing, sales, and business management positions at leading companies including Hyundai Electronics America, Oki Semiconductor, TRW Electronic Components, and E.I. DuPont. McKenna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
