NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch expects to rate Rhode Island Student Loan Authority Student Loan Program Revenue Bonds, 2008 Series C as follows:

--$ 30,000,000 class C-1 'AAA'/F1+;

--$ 55,000,000 class C-2 'AAA'/F1+;

--$ 15,000,000 class C-3 'AAA'/F1+.
