Colonial BancGroup to Present at Morgan Keegan Equity Conference and Lehman Brothers Financial Services Conference

MONTGOMERY, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Colonial BancGroup, Inc. (NYSE: CNB) announced that it will participate in Morgan Keegan’s Equity Conference to be held September 4 and 5, 2008 in Memphis, Tennessee. Colonial’s executive management is scheduled to give a presentation on September 4th at 1:00pm/central.

Colonial will also participate in the Lehman Brothers Financial Services Conference to be held September 8-10, 2008 in New York. Executive management is scheduled to give a presentation on September 9th at 7:30am/eastern.
