Allianz Life Appoints Giulio Terzariol as New CFO
MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Allianz Life Insurance of Company North America, the leading innovator of financial solutions for consumers who want protection, income, and the guidance of a trusted financial professional, today announced that Giulio Terzariol has been promoted to chief financial officer. As the new CFO, Giulio will lead all financial functions at Allianz Life including financial planning, management, reporting, and corporate risk management. He will report to Gary Bhojwani, president & CEO of Allianz Life.

Giulio joined Allianz Life in May 2007 as business financial officer. During his tenure, he has made significant contributions to the organization. Specifically, Giulio championed the company’s financial excellence strategy and made notable improvements in the quality of its financial planning and analysis processes. Prior to joining Allianz Life, Giulio served as the regional chief financial officer for Allianz Asia Pacific in Singapore. He previously held various positions in Group Planning & Controlling at Allianz SE in Munich.
