MEMS Industry Group (MIG) is a global industry organization advancing MEMS--'miniature machines' pervasive in smartphones, tablets, game controllers, notebooks, and other popular consumer electronics. Hosting a half-day MEMS conference session geared toward CE manufacturers on January 8, 2013 and a MEMS TechZone on the show floor, MIG is looking to make "MEMS" a household term during the 2013 CES. Media can experience the MEMS connection to body motion-tracking, personal diagnostics, gesture recognition, wearable computing, augmented reality and more by visiting MEMS TechZone during exhibition hours.
