Monster Worldwide Names Michael C. Miller Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: MWW), the parent company of Monster®, the leading global online careers and recruitment resource, today announced the appointment of Michael C. Miller as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary. Miller, who joined Monster in October of 2007, was previously a company vice president and deputy general counsel. In his new role, he will report directly to Sal Iannuzzi, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Monster Worldwide.

Miller has extensive legal experience in both corporations and private practice. Prior to joining Monster, he served in various capacities as counsel for both Motorola and Symbol Technologies. Before that, he spent six years in private practice at large global law firms in New York.

He received his juris doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, New York, where he served as an associate editor of the Hofstra Law Review. He also holds an M.B.A from Long Island University and a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
