Somerset Pediatric Group Selects Intergy EHR by Sage Electronic Health Records Solution

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sage Software Healthcare, Inc. has announced that Somerset Pediatric Group, an 18-physician, five-site organization, has selected Intergy by Sage for the practice’s Electronic Health Records solution.

While the Electronic Health Records adoption is new, Sage Software isn’t entirely new to Somerset. Somerset has been relying on Sage Software’s predecessor solutions dating back to the early 90s according to Holly Parlavecchio, chief administrative officer for the group. And Holly attributes that longevity as an absolute key in the decision-making process.

“Our biggest question in our search for an EHR was, ‘is this company going to be around for a long, long time?’” Holly said. “I didn’t want to pick up the phone one day, and have the number be disconnected. Not only did this create wasteful costs in courier fees, but Holly says it created uncertainties and sometimes even misplaced charts.
