COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Language Access Network (OTCBB:LANW) (FWB:L9N), the exclusive provider of “Your HIPAA Compliant Network” for MARTTI™, the company’s two-way video interpretation and video doctor/patient service for telemedicine, announced today it has signed a definitive exclusive agreement with EnovateIT, the leading provider of mobile wireless solutions and a premier global systems integrator for the U.S. Healthcare system.
The agreement gives LAN the exclusive right to provide its MARTTI™ services over LAN’s HIPAA Compliant Nationwide Network to EnovateIT’s more than 9,000 Workstations in over 1,100 hospitals throughout the U.S. Healthcare System.

It is EnovateIT’s and LAN’s sales and marketing goals to receive one to five calls per day per hospital/clinic or doctors office in its ramp-up first year usage,” continues Guirlinger.
Ron Sgro, President of EnovateIT, states, “that recent studies from CITL (Center for Information Technology Leadership) indicate that the roll out of telehealth systems could save $4.28 billion in healthcare costs. The merging services of language interpretation and physician/patient consults utilizing existing mobile computing systems will further accelerate the adoption of these exciting telehealth services. Both Language Access Networks and EnovateIT are providing necessary resources to allow hospitals easy access into this valuable physician/patient interaction. The resulting benefits to patient care, reduced costs and total healthcare efficiency will benefit dramatically. We are pleased to be an integral part of this venture.”
