Clear Choice Health Plans Reports Complaint Filed
BEND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clear Choice Health Plans, Inc. (OTCBB: CCHN) announced that a complaint has been filed against it by Dale Evans and Priscilla Evans in the Circuit Court for the State of Oregon for the County of Deschutes. The complaint alleges that the Company’s delay in approving a particular diagnostic procedure caused the plaintiffs harm for which they are seeking damages in the amount of $4.2 million plus attorney fees for breach of contract and negligence and $1.8 million for loss of consortium.
The Company believes that the allegations stated in the complaint are without merit and intends to vigorously defend against all such allegations.
