Central Parking System Selected to Manage Anaheim GardenWalk Parking Facility
NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Central Parking System, Inc. today announced that it has been selected by Anaheim GW II, LLC to operate a 3,100 space garage for Anaheim GardenWalk, a large mixed use development in Orange County, California. Central Parking will also provide valet parking services for the project. Anaheim GardenWalk will feature more than 440,000 square feet of unique stores, restaurants and cinemas in a tranquil garden setting. Located adjacent to the main gate at Disneyland, the 19.3 acre project will include a 400 unit timeshare on top of the garage and 866 hotel rooms. The initial phase of the project will open this November with the grand opening planned for May 2008.
