NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sibling Entertainment Group Holdings, Inc. [SIBE: OTCBB] [Sibling Holdings] announced that a multi-year contract was signed by Sibling Theatricals, Inc. [Sibling Theatricals], a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sibling Entertainment Group, Inc., the company with which Sibling Holdings has previously signed an Agreement of Acquisition and Plan of Reorganization (see Note to Editor below for an explanation of Sibling Holdings relationship to Sibling Entertainment Group, Inc. and Sibling Theatricals)

“This is a milestone event for everyone, coming only seven months after we opened “HATS!”

Sibling Theatricals wholly owned subsidiary Hats Holdings, Inc. has signed a multi-year licensing agreement with the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center [TBPAC] to produce the musical HATS! at multiple Florida venues. The agreement is effective January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2009 with an optional two year extension and includes licensing compensation based on gross weekly box office receipts and advance royalty payments; collaboration with and marketing support by the Red Hat Society, which has approximately 3,000 Florida chapters; and sales of the HATS! cast album produced by and purchased from Sibling Music Corp., a second subsidiary of Sibling Entertainment Group, Inc.

This is a milestone event for everyone, coming only seven months after we opened HATS! at the Denver Civic Theatre and just 18 months after we developed the musical and signed our own licensing agreement with the Red Hat Society, said Mitchell Maxwell, Chairman and CEO of Sibling Entertainment Group, Inc. (and Sibling Holdings).

Our extended Denver run, and subsequent productions at Harrahs New Orleans Casino and Chicagos Royal George Theatre with contributing song-writer Melissa Manchester in a starring role, indicate the show has strong regional appeal, he said.

The Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, now celebrating its 20th anniversary, is the largest performing arts complex in the Southeast and has attracted 10 million guests since opening in 1987. TBPAC has one of the nations leading Broadway series and is nationally respected for producing a variety of entertainment. The 2007-2008 season calendar includes the exclusive Florida engagement of Jersey Boys, plus Disneys The Lion King, Avenue Q, My Fair Lady, Twelve Angry Men,, Charlottes Web, La Boheme, Tosca, and the Radio City Christmas Spectacular.

HATS! will premiere February 2 through May 11, 2008 at TBPACs Jaeb Theater. The show celebrates the Red Hat Society and its women in 50 states and more than 25 countries and features songs by Grammy®, Tony® and Oscar©-nominated and award-winning composers Melissa Manchester, Kathie Lee Gifford, Pam Tillis and others.

Florida has the greatest concentration of Red Hat Society [www.redhatsociety.com] chapters in America with approximately 3,000 chapters including those in these 24 leading cities:
