Seapine Software Establishes UK Office

MASON, Ohio & ASCOT, England--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seapine Software, Inc., a global provider of application lifecycle management (ALM) solutions, today announced that it has established Seapine Software Ltd. and opened an office in Ascot, England to meet growing demand for its ALM solutions in the United Kingdom. Seapine has acquired the business from Contemporary plc, UK distributor, who over the past five years has established a significant Seapine UK presence.

Seapine will provide sales and technical support services out of its UK office. Also announced today, Ashley Agar is joining Seapine Software Ltd. from Contemporary plc, a leading Business Intelligence Consultancy and prior Seapine partner, to serve as Seapine’s business development manager for the United Kingdom. Mr. Agar has over 10 years experience marketing and selling application lifecycle management software.
