AMD Makes Strategic Investment in Transmeta
SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Transmeta Corporation (NASDAQ:TMTA) and AMD (NYSE:AMD) today announced that AMD has invested $7.5 million in Transmeta in exchange for Transmeta preferred stock.
