Nickolo Villanueva Joins MDMC As Application Manager

SUSSEX, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MDMC, a mortgage loan analysis firm that provides due diligence and agency delivery services to companies throughout the country, announces the addition of Nickolo Villanueva as application manager. Villanueva brings more than a decade of industry experience in project management, application deployment and business process analysis to MDMC.

As application manager, Villanueva will be responsible for managing the company’s application development team. He will also oversee the maintenance and extension of MDMC’s production applications and new enterprise development projects.

Before coming to MDMC, Villanueva was the executive vice president of Inuva Info Management, a Miami-based, offshore mortgage technology and business processing firm. In addition to overseeing personnel in the United States and India, Villanueva also managed the offshore technology and business processing initiatives, client process reviews and conversions and business development efforts in the United States.

Prior to joining Inuva, Villanueva held various senior positions for Lydian Data Services including managing their Project Management Office (PMO). He has also worked for Accucentric Solutions, Siemens Building Technology and Morgan Stanley.
