ISQED Announces 2007 Best Paper Awards

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The 8^th International Society for Quality Electronic Design (ISQED.org) today announced three winners of the best paper awards at the ISQED ‘07 conference held March 26 - 28, 2007 in San Jose, California. ISQED best papers are selected and voted upon by a select committee composed of senior technologists from the electronic design automation (EDA), integrated circuit (IC) design, and semiconductor manufacturing communities.
