New Fox Soccer Report Launches January 8 on Fox Soccer Channel
Re-branded Nightly News Show Will Focus Exclusively on Soccer
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Underscoring its position as America’s premier soccer destination, Fox Soccer Channel today announced that its nightly sports news program, Fox Sports World Report, will become the Fox Soccer Report, effective Monday, January 8. Focusing exclusively on soccer, the new hour-long Fox Soccer Report will air at 10:00 p.m. ET/7:00 p.m. PT, Monday through Sunday.
Show hosts will include Fox Sports World Report veterans Jeremy St. Louis, Carlos Machado and Mitch Peacock, with Max Bretos sharing his views on the global soccer scene during MAXimum Soccer each Thursday. On Friday, soccer pundit Bobby McMahon will continue to impart his unique insights into the coming weekend’s matchups, returning for a recap of the weekend’s best plays on Mondays.
Fox Soccer Report will be co-produced by Fox Soccer Channel and Global Television’s Fox Sports World Canada at Global’s network facilities in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Fox Sports World Report was originally launched by the two companies in 2002.
