Charles Elson, Director of Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance, to Address FCD Dinner on Board Role in Executive Compensation
ORANGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Forum for Corporate Directors (FCD), Orange County’s leading resource for achieving corporate board excellence and good governance, today announced that Charles M. Elson, a leading authority on executive compensation and corporate governance, will address the FCD dinner event on Dec. 19, on the timely issue of executive pay and the role of boards of directors and compensation committees in establishing appropriate compensation programs.

Woolard Jr. Chair in Corporate Governance at the University of Delaware, and is one of the foremost authorities on this subject in the U.S.,” said John Rehfeld, FCD chairman. “He has testified before Congress on executive pay, lectures widely on the subject and serves on the boards of several public companies.
