LITTLE FALLS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--mPhase Technologies (OTCBB:XDSL) research executive Steve Simon will describe a technical approach to develop a rechargeable nanobattery at the “Nanoelectronics” conference in San Jose on Thursday.
