The Jerde Partnership Hires Veteran Project Manager Stanley Klemanowicz
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Jerde Partnership, an internationally-acclaimed architecture and urban planning firm, today announced that Stanley Klemanowicz has joined the firm as associate vice president and senior project manager. Klemanowicz will be responsible for the overall management and implementation of projects from conceptual design through construction administration. He brings to Jerde more than 25 years experience in architectural design, project management and construction management of retail, residential, hospitality, corporate and education projects.

Klemanowicz most recently worked in the Los Angeles office of Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall (DMJM). At DMJM, he served as construction manager for Los Angeles Unified School District’s bond projects, as well as project manager for the construction of 18 facilities at Pier 400 of the Port of Los Angeles and multiple capital improvement projects for the city of Santa Monica.
Over the course of his career, Klemanowicz has assumed significant responsibility for a variety of projects with firms Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, I.M. Pei & Partners, Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum and others. He has served as project manager for facility assessment surveys of 45 campus buildings for the master plan of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas; project architect and on-site construction administrator for the corporate headquarters of Southwest Airlines and ARCO in Dallas, Texas; project architect for Riverchase Galleria in Birmingham, Alabama; and associate project architect and on-site construction administrator for Bally’s Park Place Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Klemanowicz earned a Bachelor of Architecture from The City College of New York. He is licensed as an architect in California and other states and is certified by the National Council of Architecture Boards. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and Construction Specifications Institute.
