(NASDAQ: IPAS) today announced that Real Mex Restaurants has implemented the iPass Retail Connection solution throughout its many restaurants across the country. Real Mex Restaurants is the largest full service, casual dining Mexican restaurant company in the United States with nearly 200 restaurants operating in more than a dozen states, with sales in excess of half a billion dollars. iPass Retail Connection leverages an industry-leading aggregated network of cable and DSL providers to bring high-speed broadband to retailers -- including restaurateurs -- providing them with always-on access in a secure and well-managed environment. iPass Retail Connection also provides a full suite of managed services, including 24/7 proactive network monitoring and management, regular vulnerability testing, and automatic trouble ticketing and email alerts.
