BlueLithium Recruits Internet Advertising Veteran as Chief Marketing Officer; Appoints LookSmart Vice President to Head Marketing Initiatives

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 12, 2005--BlueLithium, a leading online advertising network, has hired Dakota Sullivan as the company's first chief marketing officer.

An executive with experience in both online networks and interactive advertising, Sullivan will assume overall responsibility for BlueLithium's marketing, including brand development, marketing communications, product marketing, sponsorships and alignment with international marketing activities.

Prior to joining BlueLithium, Sullivan served as vice president of marketing at LookSmart (Nasdaq:LOOK)(ASX:LOK), a leading provider of syndicated Internet search, and as chief operating officer at online digital photo service Zoto. While at LookSmart, Sullivan built and led teams responsible for corporate branding and product marketing, field marketing, channel sales and partner development.
