Penn National Gaming Names Roscoe Greene Senior Vice President and Assistant General Manager of Hollywood Casino-Aurora
As Assistant General Manager, Mr. Greene will support General Manager Patt Medchill in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property. Mr. Greene will also be responsible for the implementation of new programs in key areas, such as personnel training and employee team building, customer service and satisfaction and managing the facility's food and beverage offerings.
Mr. Greene brings more than 30 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry to his new role at Hollywood Casino-Aurora, with particular focus in administration, slots and table games, food and beverage operations and hotel management. Prior to joining Hollywood Casino-Aurora, Mr. Greene worked as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Bally's Casino New Orleans. He also has held a number of executive-level positions with Ceasars Entertainment in Las Vegas and Laughlin, Nevada.
Mr. Greene also brings a distinguished record of community service. As a member of the local New Orleans community, Mr. Greene served as Vice Chairman of both the Gulf South Minority Supplier Development Council and the National Urban League. In addition, he served as an active board member of the United Negro College Fund. Mr. Greene is also an ordained minister.
