WebSourced, Inc. Announces Management Changes
Thomas M. Dwyer has been appointed vice president, interactive advertising. As the first employee hired at WebSourced in 1999, Dwyer possesses an in-depth knowledge of the company and the interactive marketing industry.

Kya D. Sainsbury-Carter has been appointed vice president of client services and will be responsible for the day-to-day interaction between WebSourced's client services team and the company's online marketing clients.

Sainsbury-Carter brings a wealth of Internet marketing and strategy experience to WebSourced from Art.com, and multi-channel experience from various roles at Hewlett Packard and Compaq. Sainsbury-Carter holds a Master of Business Administration in international management from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management.
William J. "Bill" Howard has been promoted to vice president of client operations. He joined WebSourced in 2005 as project manager for operations. Prior to joining WebSourced, Howard managed international new product development efforts at Corning and multi-state quality systems implementations at Progress Energy. Howard holds a Master of Engineering degree and Bachelors of Science degree in chemical engineering from North Carolina State University.
