Packaged RFID, Inc. Announces Alliance with RFID4U for RFID Training Requirements; Subsequently Expands Base of Potential Clients
The alliance between the two companies was forged in response to the growing demand for RFID consultants spurred by the increasing number of RFID compliance mandates in the retail sector. Prior to this announcement, Packaged RFID's integration initiatives were focused solely upon the small to medium-sized suppliers in Wal-Mart's 68,000-member supplier base.
“Given their track record with RFID training for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and National Institute of Standards and Technology (N.I.S.T), RFID4U was the obvious choice for certifying our consultants in vendor-neutral RFID practices”
"Given their track record with RFID training for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and National Institute of Standards and Technology (N.I.S.T), RFID4U was the obvious choice for certifying our consultants in vendor-neutral RFID practices," said David Schnell, VP Alliances, Packaged RFID, Inc. "Packaged RFID is pleased to have negotiated an alliance with Mr. Dua's company that enables us to scale our workforce to the needs of an expanding client base of retail and DoD suppliers."
"This is definitely a win-win situation," states Sanjiv Dua, CEO, RFID4U. "As a training partner, RFID4U will help prepare Packaged RFID's current and future generations of RFID integration experts with the best RFID skills the industry has to offer."
Packaged RFID also has existing relationships with Independent Professional Management, IBM, HP and Microsoft to assist in deploying RFID in an expedient and comprehensive manner for small to medium-sized suppliers in the retail and defense sectors.
