NuTech Digital and Fat Joe Complete Exclusive Concert DVD Agreement

VAN NUYS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 8, 2005--NuTech Digital, Inc. (OTCBB:NTDL), a worldwide leader in the production and distribution of original and licensed DVD content, today announced the execution of an exclusive production agreement with Latino rap artist, Fat Joe and Atlantic Records. The exclusive production and distribution agreement will result in Fat Joe's premier concert DVD and be ready for distribution for the important Holiday shopping season. The concert DVD will be produced in Hi-Definition, utilizing state-of-the-art audio and video technology, which will best capture Fat Joe's hard-hitting lyrics and his unique Latino style. The production shoot is scheduled for September 18, 2005 at the Universal Amphitheater, in Universal City, California.

Over ten years of hard work and dedication has finally paid off for Fat Joe. From the streets of the Bronx in New York City, to the top of the Billboard charts, Joe Cartagena is reaping the rewards of his success. His 1993 debut album, "Represent" album represented the Latino demographic in the East Coast rap scene for the first time. In 2002, Fat Joe collaborated with hip hop's finest, to produce two major hits, "We Thuggin" featuring R. Kelly and "What's Luv" featuring Ashanti. Both hits topped the Billboard Hot 100 Singles chart and catapulted his album, "J.O.S.E.: Jealous Ones Still Envy," to RIAA platinum.

Then in 2004, Joe teamed up again with Terror Squad, a group he co-founded in 1998, to produce the number 1 single "Lean Back."
