SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 2005--Nuera Communications(R) today announced that Armstrong(R) is deploying the Nuera ORCA(R) BTX-4K media gateway to provide broadband telephony service to their cable television customers across five states. Armstrong is implementing the BTX-4K within a multi-vendor PacketCable(R) network. The network is designed to deliver the quality of service, security features and E911 interoperability that allows Armstrong to meet consumer and regulatory requirements.
