Nano Chemical Systems Holdings, Inc. Adds CTO With Doctorate and Two Post-Doctorate Degrees Spanning Three Continents

SEAFORD, Delaware--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 6, 2005--Nano Chemical Systems Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:NCSH) announces today the intended appointment of Dr. Perumal Sekar, an accomplished Nano Chemical scientist, as Chief Technical Officer. The company assisted Dr. Sekar in obtaining a United States work visa and he will be available for employment in September, 2005.

Dr. Sekar comes to the Company from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois after completing five years as an Associate Researcher and a second post-doctoral fellowship. Among the highlights of his activities was the development of new methods for crystal growing for synthesis of nanoscale inorganic materials used in superconductor and semiconductor applications. Dr. Sekar also determined the molecular and crystalline structures of synthesized inorganic nano-compounds using single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods.

Dr. Sekar completed his first post-doctoral fellowships at University of Karlsruhe, Germany. He was awarded a Ph.D. in Chemistry at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, India.

Dr. Sekar has authored or co-authored 22 publications in pier-reviewed international technical journals including the Journal of Inorganic Chemistry and the European Journal of Inorganic Chemistry. He has been a frequent speaker and invited presenter at a dozen conferences over an equal number of years at conferences held in places including: Hirschegg, Austria, Sao Paulo, Brazil, the University in Florence, Italy, Bangalore, India and Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois.

Dr. Sekar's appointment as CTO is consistent with the Company's overall plan to enhance basic products with Nano Technology and create either functionality and marketing advantages or both.
