The Company also announced that it has increased its international distribution with the appointment of several new country distributors.
In Italy, Torinovantuno has been selected to be the Company's exclusive distributor. Torinovantuno has offices in Milan and in Turin, Italy and a network of sales agents throughout the country. Torinovantuno represents a variety of premium denim designers including Seven for all Mankind, Joie, Parasuco as well as several premium Italian brands.
In Scandinavia, JMJ Wear has been chosen as exclusive distributor for Norway, Sweden and Denmark. JMJ Wear represents Seven for All Mankind, Dolce & Gabanna, Missoni, DKNY and Blue Cult throughout the region.
In France, ARE & WHY and Robert Dodd have been selected as exclusive distributors. ARE & WHY have two offices in France.
In Belgium and Luxembourg, Fashion Club 70 has been chosen as its distributor. Located in Antwerp, Belgium, Fashion Club 70 distributes Seven for all Mankind and other premium brands throughout the Benelux countries.
In the Middle East, the Aishti Group has been chosen for Lebanon, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Quatar and Bahrain. In addition to distributing many premium brands throughout the Middle East, the group also publishes a high-end glossy fashion magazine under the name "Aishti" and operates the premier boutique for luxury brands in Beirut.
In Mexico and Central America, Eduardo Kurian has been selected as the Company's distributor. Located in Mexico City, Mr. Kurian distributes Seven for all Mankind and Von Dutch throughout Mexico and works closely with Sears Mexico, which in Mexico sells high-end premium brands.
Additionally, the Company selected IMEXF as its distributor in Spain and Portugal and T2C as its distributor in South Africa and the southern African region. Shopaholic has been appointed as its distributor in Korea. Shopaholic operates the largest boutique for premium brands and high-end fashion in Seoul, Korea. Similarly, United Suppliers Limited, also known as the Mercury Group has been appointed as the distributor for Russia. Mercury is the premier distributor of luxury brands in Russia and also operates stores in Russia which sell high-fashion premium brands throughout Russia.
