Sitel Grows Contact Center in Port Arthur, Texas

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sitel, a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, today announced that it is expanding its customer care facility in Port Arthur, Texas. The facility, first opened in 2002, is expected to expand its current staff by approximately 20 percent. To meet the need of Sitel’s customer, more than 35 new positions are expected to be added, including management and support positions.

With the growing demands for high quality customer support, Sitel will continue to focus on bringing jobs to the U.S. and help support economic expansion. The current recruitment drive will support the recent expansion of a major worldwide telecommunications and wireless provider that has outsourced their calls to Sitel. The Port Arthur facility will provide customer service and technical support, online and by telephone.
