Salin Bank Announces Military Support Collections at all Branches
INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In celebration of the Fourth of July holiday, Salin Bank is proud to announce it will be asking its customers and employees to help collect various items to show support for the United States Military. Salin Bank has teamed with the Cornerstone Christian Church (Brownsburg, IN) to support the military ministry.
Throughout the month of July, all Salin Bank branches will be collecting care package donations including non-perishable food and snack items, personal hygiene items, foot care products, games and other recreational items.
“I am so excited about this month-long program,” said John Wood, Salin Bank employee and volunteer for the military ministry, “We want to give back to the men and women who are serving this country.”
There are 26 Salin Bank locations throughout the state. Event organizers are hoping to send the troops hundreds of items by the time the collection ends July 31, 2009.
