(Nasdaq: TAST), the parent company of Carrols Corporation, today announced the Internet availability of proxy materials for its 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders under the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Notice and Access rule.

On April 24, 2009, the “Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials” was mailed to stockholders of record as of April 15, 2009. Stockholders will receive a control number in this mailing and can access the Company’s proxy materials at www.proxyvote.com.

By implementing the Notice and Access rule, the Company has reduced the number of printed copies of its proxy materials, both lowering the cost and reducing the environmental impact of producing and delivering these materials.
