JF China Region Fund, Inc. Announces Results of Annual Meeting Stockholder Vote
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--At the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the JF China Region Fund, Inc. (NYSE: JFC) (the “Fund”) held in New York, NY on May 14, 2009, stockholders voted to re-elect The Earl of Cromer to serve an additional three year term as a Director of the Fund. At that same meeting, stockholders voted to elect Simon Crinage to serve a three year term as a Director of the Fund.
