George R. West Appointed President of H2O Applied Technologies
Long Term Energy Efficiency Industry Veteran to Join Leading Finance and Energy Conservation Company
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--H2O Applied Technologies today announced that it has named George R. West President of the Company. West has over twenty years in the energy and performance contracting markets and will be responsible for overseeing the continued growth of H2O Applied Technologies, expanding its strategic vision and increasing its market reach nationally.

West comes to H2O after fourteen years at Siemens Buildings Technologies, Inc. As the Vice President and Division Head of Siemens’ Security Solutions, he was responsible for strategy, marketing, product management, operations and performance of their US security integration business.
Prior to Siemens, West spent ten years at Johnson Controls, Inc., where as an Area Performance Contracting Manager in the Northeast, he was focused on developing the performance contracting business and was responsible for both sales and operations for the business unit.

West holds a Masters in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
